Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day full refund from the date of your purchase if you have not completed more than one coaching session. To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must meet all the following conditions:
- Request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase
- You have attended no more than one session
- All purchased materials and access credentials are returned or deactivated
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable after the 7-day period:
- Coaching sessions completed beyond the first session
- Digital materials and guides downloaded and accessed
- Workspace assessments conducted
- Educational resources provided during sessions
- Services rendered more than 7 days after purchase
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@beautoapolisheu.world or call +1-206-555-0147 with:
- Your name and email address associated with the purchase
- Order date and order number (if available)
- Brief reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account. Please note that Beautoapolisheu does not control how long your bank takes to post the credit.
5. Cancellation of Sessions
Cancellation 48+ hours before session: Full credit or refund toward future sessions.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before session: Session counted as attended; no refund (credit toward future session available at our discretion).
No-show: Session counted as attended; no refund.
6. Multi-Session Programs
For programs such as Six-Week Alignment or Three-Month Coaching, completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions can be converted to credit toward future services or transferred to another person at our discretion.
7. Workplace Wellness Packages
Customized corporate packages are non-refundable once work has commenced. Partial refunds may be considered if less than 25% of sessions have been completed; contact us to discuss.
8. Payment Methods & Chargebacks
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. If you dispute a charge with your credit card company or file a chargeback after requesting a refund from us, you may be banned from future services.
9. Special Circumstances
We understand that circumstances change. If you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from completing a program, contact us at info@beautoapolisheu.world to discuss possible options such as session credits, deferment, or transfers.
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after policy changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
